Grandma and Grandpa Shelton

Not sure of the date or occasion on this photo. Probably mid 1950s. Perhaps Uncle Raymond can shed some light on that as I think it came from his collection. Grandpa doesn't look too excited about having to wear that tie, though. He'd probably have prefered his bib-overalls, I guess.
