Mom was in town recently and I got to have lunch with her, Dad and Bill & Janis. Here is a picture of me and my parents taken on Nov 10, 2006 after a meal at the Chinese Restaurant in Fairfield.

THE BOSWELL SISTERS
Connee, Vet (Helvetia and Martha Boswell were three hip singers from the early 1930s. They broke up in 1936 when Vet and Martha married , but for about five years their records were chart toppers. They only recorded about 160 sides, but the are all gems!
THE ANDREWS SISTERS
Patty, Maxene and LaVerne Andrews were three singing sisters from Minneapolis, MN. I have stacks and stacks of their old 78s and LPs. Here are a few of their video clips.
