THE BOSWELL SISTERS
Connee, Vet (Helvetia and Martha Boswell were three hip singers from the early 1930s. They broke up in 1936 when Vet and Martha married , but for about five years their records were chart toppers. They only recorded about 160 sides, but the are all gems!
THE ANDREWS SISTERS
Patty, Maxene and LaVerne Andrews were three singing sisters from Minneapolis, MN. I have stacks and stacks of their old 78s and LPs. Here are a few of their video clips.

These pictures were taken on Rt-23 South of Ottawa, Ill between Ottawa and Grand Ridge. Really big snow that year. We were living in Ottawa at time on corner of State & Erickson.
Sorry about the above mistake. When I went back to look at picture It dawned on me we did not move North until 1968! Either the date is wrong, or the location is elsewhere.
I tried to delete but couldn't>
The snapshot had a factory date on it - March 1965. They were probably taken in Jan - early March of that year. Since I have posted this picture, I have sen some slides of Grandma Smith's from January '65 of a lot of snow blowing around their farm. Maybe from the same big snow - who know.
