Samuel Andes Best (Grandma Shelton's Uncle Sam) was the third child of Augustus and Eliza (Holmes) Best. He was born Aug 19, 1858. He died Mar 20, 1948 in Oklahoma.

THE BOSWELL SISTERS
Connee, Vet (Helvetia and Martha Boswell were three hip singers from the early 1930s. They broke up in 1936 when Vet and Martha married , but for about five years their records were chart toppers. They only recorded about 160 sides, but the are all gems!
THE ANDREWS SISTERS
Patty, Maxene and LaVerne Andrews were three singing sisters from Minneapolis, MN. I have stacks and stacks of their old 78s and LPs. Here are a few of their video clips.
